100 people from across the country deliberated over three days in Conway Hall, London to produce the beginning of the People's Charter. For this large-scale, in-person event, the Dembrane tool was used and the most common initial reaction was "intrigued". 100% of delegates surveyed agreed with the need for the SAAFE principles
